To be honest this isn't a fair system. Unless you're taking into account the other parties and their actually political inclinations in voting.

The number each player has been given adds up to the number of seats that party has in the Knesset.
So you were given 6 and the other members of Likud was given 3 because 6+3+3=`12 which is how many seats Likud have in the Knesset.
Labor were given 9.5 because 9.5+9.5=19 which is how many seats Labor have in the Knesset.
But the other parties votes will be taken into consideration.
